"We", "Us", "BuySharedHosting.com", "Our Company": is BuySharedHosting, a trading name of Stradx.com. This also includes any parties we instruct to act on our behalf to fulfil services. "You", "Your", "Customers": is you, the person reading and consuming services from Us. This also includes any parties you instruct, or has access to your account.
All customers who register to the website, all customers who purchase any services or goods from BuySharedHosting.com, or engage with Us commercially, hereby agree to all of the terms and all of the conditions included within this document unless otherwise agreed, in writing, from a representative from Our Company. This Agreement must therefore be read and understood in its entirety before being able to register, or consume/use our Services. If this Agreement is (1) violated in any way, at all, or (2) not completely read, understood, and agreed, you are not authorised to register any interest, consume any services, or enter into a relationship with BuySharedHosting.com. We will not be responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of your Material caused by you or any third party.

- Pirated Software
- The selling, and/or advertising, of any illegal goods/services
- Nulled or Illegal Scripts or Content
- Bruteforcing scripts
- Websites promoting or hosting hacking orientated content, software, archives, etc.
- Spam and Bulk Emailing
- Adult Content including Pornography
- IP and Port Scanners
Support tickets are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a best effort basis. We aim to respond to tickits within 12 hours of receiving, and in most cases they are responded to within a much shorter timeframe. However due to varying volumes throughout the week, we are not currently able to quote and commit to timeframes. Abuse tickets will be responded to within 24 hours.
We do not warrant access to our servers will be uninterrupted or error free but we shall use reasonable endeavours to keep downtime to a minimum.
It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate and up-to-date back-up copies of any data, information or other material you upload onto our servers as part of your use of the Hosting Services. We provide free tools to make website and database backups in our control panels. In the event of loss of or damage to your material, you will not be given access to the server back-up we maintain pursuant to our archiving procedure. We will not be responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of your Material caused by you or any third party.
Billing and Refunds
Refunds would not be provided in any circumstances whereby the Terms and Conditions are violated. Refunds would not be possible for any one-off charges such as, but not limited to, Domain Names, Setup fees, etc. If you request a cancellation of a service, it can become effective straight away, in such circumstances, no pro rata refunds will be permitted. Payment subscriptions such as PayPal Subscriptions are the responsibility of the customer. If the subscription renews, we cannot refund and the services will renew also.
We have a duty of care to ensure that all WHOIS data is correct at the time of registration and renewal. We may request proof of name and address as per Nominet's terms of service which dictate that a registrar is responsible for the validity of WHOIS data on domains registered with them. In most cases this process is automatic but occasionally we may need to contact you.Disclaimer
Should you be unsatisfied with the service provided by Us, you can open a support ticket and request that a manager review the ticket. A manager will contact you within 24 hours.
We reserve the right under any circumstance to terminate and cancel your services for any or no reason, and without notice.
